First 30-Days
If for any reason you would like to return your Dink Buddy Net System in the first 30-day from the date of receipt, you can for a full refund, minus any shipping costs. While no reasons are required, we would love any feedback you can give us in an effort to continuously improve our products and services.
All accessories must be in new and unused condition to qualify for a return and must be returned within 30-days of purchase to qualify for a refund.
After 30-Days
Dink Buddy LLC warrants our Net Systems are free from defects in workmanship and materials when used for the intended purpose under normal use and conditions for six-months from the date of purchase in the United States.
This warranty is VOID for the following conditions:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage through improper usage
- Negligence, acts of nature, or accident
- Wear and fading of graphics
- Used in commercial applications or rentals.
- Modifications including repairs to your net system.
