1. Order Processing Duration
For orders placed on business days (Monday-Fridays, excluding holidays) are processed the same day if received before 3 PM EST. Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST or non-business days will be process on the next business days.
Recognized holidays include: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas.
You will receive email notifications throughout the fulfillment process, including:
- Order Confirmation
- Shipping Confirmation with Tracking Number
- Out for Delivery / Delivery Updates: Tracking numbers are typically active within 24 hours of shipment. You can monitor the progress of your shipment using the carrier's website.

NON-CONTINENTAL U.S

4. Shipping Limitations
Please note the following limitations to our shipping services:
- We do not process or ship orders on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.
- Orders may be subject to size and weight restrictions based on carrier requirements.
- Certain geographic locations may have limited delivery service or longer transit times. If your location is impacted by delivery restrictions, we will notify you as soon as possible.
- While we strive to ensure timely delivery, unexpected events may cause delays including: severe weather conditions; natural disasters; supply chain disruptions; and regional or global emergencies.
- If a delay occurs, we will notify you via email with updated delivery estimates and provide tracking updates when available. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases.
5. Damages and Losses
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:
- Please inspect the package upon delivery. If the item is damaged beyond repair, you may refuse the shipment.
- If the damage is minor and repairable, you may choose to accept the item and contact us to discuss a partial refund or replacement.
- Claims for lost or damaged items must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Depending on the situation, either Dink Buddy or the shipping carrier will be responsible for resolving the issue.
